NextPlay is a platform that helps families fund youth sports activities through everyday spending, rewards, and community support. We provide tools for tracking savings, managing team finances, and connecting with sponsors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

All transactions are processed securely through our trusted partners. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on NextPlay are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to use it for operating and promoting the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

NextPlay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100 if no payments have been made.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
